Best GIS service/software for Real Estate Development?

I was wondering what the best GIS software service is for finding land for sale?

I'm looking to development gas stations, franchised fast food, and strip centers.

You may want to look at ESRI Business Analyst (if you are a member of the CCIM Institute you get it as part of membership, with some limited features). It's easier to use than ArcGIS, and lets you do retail site analysis.

It's not for 'finding' sites, but really, I don't know why GIS would be used for that unless you want to organize a geo-database of parcels.
