Newmark is the former eastdil team. One of, if not the best. Very tough to get into I imagine though
Not brokerage, but I feel like Wells Fargo Hospitality Finance group is super legit and probably better experience than brokerage if you’re just broadly looking to get into the hotel biz
JLL and Hodges Ward Elliott (former HFF team). Majority of the team at both are Cornell Hotel Alums.
Just like with all IS teams, it depends completely on what region you are in. I've seen top IS teams for hotels range from JLL to even M&M (surprisingly).
