I believe cbre has a great institutional industrial leader in Chicago. I don’t remember his name but he’s an expert along side others that cover different markets.

C&W for office I would say. A great team from CB came over in late 2018/2019 I believe and then the team poached some talent for both the debt and equity teams from Eastdil in 2019.
