What would you guys recommend for a class program or certification for financial modeling in real estate? I'm currently more on the leasing/management side but want to make the jump over to a larger firm and the best way to do that where I am is by becoming an analyst associate. What class or program can I complete that will give me the most bang for the buck and further my modeling knowledge?
