I’m looking to purchase a commercial real estate underwriting model that’s institutional-grade—preferably off-the-shelf and well-tested, with a strong track record of use and feedback to minimize errors.

The primary use case is for single-asset acquisitions of a major food group, but I’d value a model with enough depth to support JV structuring and even fund-level analysis if needed.
