What's the best mortgage provider who would be willing to do a jumbo loan with a very low down payment? First Republic used to be 5% + closing fees and 5% liquidity, but recently jumped their down payment to 10% at the start of COVID. Anyone still doing deals like this, or are there any lenders willing to do less down?
