Not that this matters, but it's "Lone Star" not "Loan Star"
KKR Fortress Harrison Street Clarion Partners Gaw Capital PGIM is maybe something to look into Westbrook Parnters
What about KSL cap?
Surprised Brookfield hasn’t been mentioned
Prestigious* in WSO nomenclature

I've heard great things about Baupost and Blackstone culture. Carlyle guys seem to think they are the smartest people on earth and KKR/Ares are meatgrinders.
Was on other side of a deal with Baupost, impressive as hell

What about Cerberus?
Lol, this thread is just a list of the biggest funds.
Prestigious: Carlyle Blackstone (tough culture though) KKR (insane hours but they make it worth it) Apollo
Best Places to work: Cabot Properties (great culture/in Boston) Crow Holdings (top culture/reputation in Tx) Hines Related AEW Rockpoint
World Class Capital Group....I heard great things about their culture and work/life balance...
What about Greystar investment division?
This list is a mess, but yes investment division is good
