I've heard great things about Baupost and Blackstone culture. Carlyle guys seem to think they are the smartest people on earth and KKR/Ares are meatgrinders.
Was on other side of a deal with Baupost, impressive as hell
Details would be awesome. Founded by one of the most influential RE minds, Poorvu, but not much can be read on their real estate operation at all

Best Places to work: Cabot Properties (great culture/in Boston) Crow Holdings (top culture/reputation in Tx) Hines Related AEW Rockpoint
