Hey guys, I am in a position where I enjoy and are able to move between cities, so it feels like it's not worth it buying an apartment. However, it feels like a waste of money to pay rent instead of accumulating equity in real estate. So, I think it would be a good idea to invest in a residential REIT that owns apartments and use the dividend to at least partially cover my rent. This way I'm kinda owning an apartment and the rent is just a pass-through. How do you think? Any suggestions for good pure residential REITs?
