Best resource to determine AMI data
Specific investor I am communicating with is focused on workforce housing (which they define as properties with rents between 80-120% of AMI).
Looking for the best resource website to be able to drill down per MSA (or however these stats are tracked geographically) and determine the comparison between the AMI data and what rents need to be to fit in that 80-120% range.
factfinder.census.gov
You'll want to pull the 2017 ACS income data for the zip codes / city
