Best Resources For Learning Construction

Wanted to see where the more experienced guys learned construction.

Have two years of experience working for a smaller developer in my college town during UG, few 5 story ground up projects under my belt. Learned the basic terminology, process, etc. Now going to work for a larger PE firm to learn the business on a bigger scale. Curious if there’s any any books, podcast, etc that you recommend to supplement construction knowledge. I know I’ll pick it up over time but want to expedite as fast as possible.

Cheers

Columbia has a great free course on coursera. If in NYC there's the mechanics institute otherwise the best training is in the union halls. good luck.
