Best Sources for Real Estate Data
I am looking for a online source for reliable lease comp data. I have found CoStar to be somewhat spotty, and need accurate information.
A few years back, I tried something called CompStak. While I wasn't able to verify other leases, it had accurate information on commercial leases I had recently signed (e.g. rent, bumps, TIs, free rent, etc). Curious is anyone has used this software? Or had experience with other software that is very accurate?
