I am planning for the investment in Property. I want to know which state is best for Buying Property. I personally thinks to buy a property in TN. What you guys suggest.

How much money do you have?

can you leave TN alone. We have enough landlords impoverishing the already poor people of TN by renting houses 5x their value for a state with a median income of 28k per year.
