He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling. If you get a bonus for bringing in an on market deal (deal rooms) that would be surprising.

Best way to source deals is to build relationships with GPs in the markets you are assigned.
