What are the most likely positions within real estate to lateral from to a BB REIB group?
Would this be possible coming from a single asset acquisitions role?

Smaller REIB firms is where most laterals come from. After that I’ve seen equity research and IB in non real estate groups
What are smaller groups within the REIB space? Talking true IBD and not single asset brokerage houses.
