My RE Accounting and Taxation professor is a RE tax partner at a Big 4 accounting firm. What are the odds he has connections to the the RE TAS and/or valuation groups within his firm? I'm guessing he also has a lot of buyside connections too? But in more of a "I'm your bitch and I need this account" type of way.
