Biproxi-> Zillow of CRE

Sorry I am too new to post a link , but if you search the net for Biproxi.

Have you heard of this company Biproxi, they have recently raised $10MM. (Which seems like a small amount these days). As a small RE investor looking to get CRE. This looks like it could be the next rabbit hole. I'm already spending countless hours surfing Zillow looking for potential properties, Biproxi would be huge, for those looking for their RE fix.

I forsee for CoStat being the biggest hindrance for any company trying to compete in the CRE industry.

Could this be another minnow for CoStar to devour? Or does it have a chance? Their business model is not the same as CoStar. So I cannot see them suing them i to bankruptcy. I can see Costar creating a competing product and/or acquiring Biproxi, and controlling the data.

What's you take on the viability of Biproxi and what do you guys think it needs to succeed?
