What does the bonus structure tend to look like for the real estate group? Curious to hear from those that work there or have knowledge of someone that has.

Should be the same as any other firm, right?
I am not sure what the bonus structure is, but I am pretty sure the all-in salary at the junior level is less than the other megafunds due to the “Blackstone discount” similar to the “Goldman discount” as a result of their brand name premium. The other competing top firms need to be able to offer higher pay in order to poach the “top talent” from the “top firm” such as Blackstone and Goldman.
You're talking out of your ass. Why make shit up and post on this forum? Analysts get paid in-line with analysts at other firms.
