i have an interview with the BPP group at Blackstone. any info on this group? and how can i best prepare for the interview? i have no background in RE. thx

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
