Blackstone BREDS - can someone give details?
Hi all,
Could someone provide some details on the BREDS team at BX (London)? What exactly do they do? Acquisition of distressed loans in the real estate sector - that's basically all I know from the info provided? Can someone elaborate on what the typical analyst tasks look like? Also, I am assuming if you decide to take that career path it would not be that easy to move to (general) PE after? How is it different? Many thanks!
Worked together with them on two topics. Their main focus is in senior debt for out of fashion / high yielding financing.
I have never seen them on the NPL side.
