Blackstone RE Core+ team

Anyone have any insights on what you'll do if you're in the RE Core+ team? Understand that you'll work with the Acquisitions and AM team...so what exactly are the responsibilities of the Core+ team in terms of acquiring or managing an asset?

Also understand there'll be a bit of operational work (fund reporting, accounting etc), so curious if the operational aspect of the role will be a big chunk of it...as guess that will limit my exit opps as well if i decide to move on?
