Blackstone Real Estate SA differences
Hello, can anyone help out explaining the difference between these 3 Blackstone RESA roles? The descriptions are all quite similar. Any explanation or insight will help!
Acquisition- responsible for sourcing and purchasing process do real estate& REITS
Asset management - responsible for managing the asset/ REIT after it has been purchased. Include overseeing overall operations and disposition of asset.
Capital market- responsible for raising capital to fund Blackstone’s real estate purchases
