UNC doesn't surprise me. My SA class was something like 75% UNC students. Maybe more.
Not sure how accurate that is for all the schools. I set up an Argus training with one of the smaller SoCal MBA schools and my UG. We had a dozen people from that MBA school that has 2 hires listed. I keep in touch with most of them and I know for a fact 8 got hired in RE roles...
A lot of people probably report their Real Estate jobs as Finance jobs, even though there is a huge difference.
I am honestly surprised with how low Marshall is. I thought USC was like the go to school for real estate in Cali?
Eastdil has so many UNC alumni that I feel like you are guaranteed placement if you go there.
USC has a MRED
I wonder if they count their dual MRED/MBA students in this study or just count them for MRED.
My SA class at Eastdil had something like this: USC - 10 UNC - 4 UVA - 3 Cornell - 2 Penn - 2
Were these MBA's or MSRED's from USC?
Either UG or MRED. I heard a rumor that one of the Professors either works there or is close with an MD as all the kids were from the same class.
Surprised no UCLA Anderson. I thought Eastdil had a big presence there.
There was one if I remember correctly. I only included schools that had been mentioned or had a few.
