Bozzuto Development Arm?
Does anyone have good intel on Bozzuto? Curious about reputation and compensation, particularly in their satellite offices.

From the property management side they take care of their residents in most of their established buildings they own, not the ones they only manage. They seem to run it as a family shop in the Headquarter region.
Not sure on the corporate side for comp though, people seemed to enjoy working for both corp and pm.
Plenty of deal flow at the DC office. Not sure how much carry actually trickles down from Tommy boy though.
Work for one of Bozzuto's main competitors in DC. Vertically integrated shop with a development, construction, and asset management group. Big name in DC, good reputation. I know they are expanding nationally. Seems they dip their feet into the PM side in new markets and then seek to develop. Family office so I imagine that impacts culture. Can't comment on comp.
The team is fairly small. Probably less than fifteen.
