Breaking into Real Estate IB / Asset Level Deals
I am an associate in corporate banking (think BMO, RBC, TD) looking to transition to real estate finance or real estate IB at a bulge bracket or doing asset level deals (think eastdil). Was wondering if an MBA (Columbia, NYU, UNC, UTexas Austin, Wharton, UCLA) would position me best for this or an MS.RED from (NYU or Columbia). Thanks. Also, compensation structure for real estate finance or real estate IB at the associate level would be much appreciated
