Breaking into REPE

I've got a background in investments, with about 2-3 years of experience in PE, VC, and Real Estate, currently manning a corporate investment arm for a big construction company based out of MENA. I'm just about to finish up my master's at a decent business school here in Europe, and I'm an international student.

I'm really eager to dive into Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) or maybe land a role with a real estate developer. I was wondering if any of you lovely folks might know of any firms that are on the lookout for new talent? And hey, if you've got any personal connections you could hook me up with, I'd be forever grateful!

Just looking for some advice and guidance as I take this next step in my journey. Thanks a bunch for any help you can offer!
