Anyone with any insights on Bridge Investment Group's debt team? what kind of deals they do, reputation, comp, exit ops etc

They are basically an in-house fee vertical for Bridge's development group, and do most of the development deals (which are a ton) that Bridge is working on. Very big in the construction lending space. I've worked with them on a deal--as good as any other institutional quality debt team I've seen.
