Brightspire - Any Information on Culture/Team/WLB/Pay
Post says it all, curious to firms reputation from people who worked there, know people who have worked there or even street gossip. They reached out for an interview, seems like sharp shop, but maybe with lost of hours, level is junior/mid senior.
It's a bunch of ex-colony guys I believe. I think your take is generally right. I have no idea about pay.
Yeah, It's the old Colony rebranded. I think pay is a little bit under market (not much) and they work a ton.
Depending on the role - this is a good place to learn a lot, some of the smartest folks I know work there and is good for the resume. Know a few folks personally and they're awesome people.

Saw the post and the salary bands. Doesn't 175K salary seem low on the VP side of things? I thought so.
