Broker fees for broker's client putting land into development project
Wondering who pays and what is a reasonable broker fee to be paid for broker's client contributing land to a development project. The land value contribution amount is $2 million.
Similar to a land sale commission but with a discount since you didn't create any liquidity, unless they offered to buy it and your client said no and wanted to stay in. If the latter is the case you should get paid your standard rate.
