I just got my real estate license, and I was wondering how much my new license impacts my résumé. I’m sure it’s attractive for IS roles, but what about PERE Acquisitions, AM/PM, originations, etc…

Depends on the firm. Some might care others might not. There’s really no way to tell. However if the principal(s) of the firm you are interviewing for were brokers, they may look favorably on it. It may or may not impact your recruiting. Really no way to tell.
