My group is looking to upgrade the mapping software we use in our marketing packages (we've mostly just used google maps as a base). Looking at some of the packages from Eastdil, CBRE, HFF, etc. that I've come across, they often have pretty detailed maps, even for secondary or tertiary markets. Does anyone know if these are generated in house or if they come from a software program? Assuming there is still some software that would be the base map even if they have an in house graphics team, so really looking to get an idea of who the major providers are. Any insight is appreciated.

Digital Maps - Landvision. Worth exploring, not sure about what the cost is.
Landvision is an interesting solution but they quoted me over 8grand for the year just for my own personal use.
