brokerage vs AM vs PM

I am a senior graduating this May in the DFW market. I’ve currently been working as an Associate at a local firm for a few months. I’ve always wanted to work in brokerage because I think the pay is great and it sounds awesome when talking to other people.
Well, reality already hit and I realized that I need to make more money. I’ve won a few listings, but I haven’t closed a single deal yet and I’m not sure when I will close one due to COVID19.

My background is in property management and leasing. Lately I’ve been tempted to apply for jobs in property management ( I really don’t want to, but I would do it for the money.)
Asset management would be a tentative path as well. I have some experience with financial modeling and I think that field is interesting.

I am merely asking for advise from more veteran professionals. Should I stay here for a few more months to see how it goes? Should I try to switch to another brokerage? or should I apply to new jobs in either property mgmt or asset mgmt?
If I should switch to another sector, what are some good companies and positions to apply to? Thank you!
