Brokers/Principals using Marketing Platform
Is it safe to say that any deal on RCM, Co-Star, CBRE Dealflow, Loopnet, have already been shopped around and they aren't exactly GREAT deals? How many people do you brokers/principals go to off market before putting your disposition/listing on these sites?
