Brokes fees for the various asset classes?
For those of you with familiarity, what're the fees that you're seeing for the property types. I know that some of the NNN retail proprties may have lower fees, while land has higher. Or that debt is primarily less than/equal 1%.
Also, for those of you in brokerage, are you statisfied with your property niche? If not, what would've you done different or rather specialized in?
Have seen 30-85 bps in institutional multifamily, give or take. Working on a deal now where part of the fee will be tied to future asset mgmt fees.
Interesting. How exactly is that structured?
Is this for debt or IS?
Depends heavily on the market and brokerage in question. I've seen anywhere from 20bps to 75bps recently.
