Brookfield AM REPE Analyst
Does anyone know if Brookfield AM REPE hires analyst out of undergrad or hire SA? I heard that they do an SA after graduation and convert to FT, has anyone hear about this?
Yes, they do hire summer analysts and convert them to FT (they also do FT hiring for seniors). From the people I know at BAM it seems that they target mid-East coast schools more than west coast ones.
I don’t know anyone personally that did the post-senior year internship -> FT, but that is very common path among real estate firms so I’m not surprised if that’s popular.
Do you know if its a structured program or is it networking based?
More so structured like a bank - where networking will help you get the interview.
They hire analysts out of UG. Had an interview with them for a REIB role out of school. Didn't get it, but the kid that did was also fresh out of UG. That was for BFin though, AM could be different.
