BRRR Model
Hello fellow monkeys
I am going into real estate with two friends - we’ve just agreed on some initial specifics and I’ve been encharged with building a BRRR model including debt repayments, refurbish costs, refinancing etc. Wondering if you have a Buy Refurbish Refinance Rent model of your own you could share with me to save me some time?
