Hi there: we are a pretty good size company in McAlester, ok and we just leased a unit for our growing business. The property is build to suit and we are wondering if that includes cabinets, lighting, fixtures, etc. Can someone please shine a light on that for me and tell how much design is included in a build to suite agreement? I truly appreciate your response/help!
