Building Costs
With a tight labor market, and these ridiculous steel tariffs materializing, it seems reasonable to think there will be some material changes in the cost of building going forward. Already hearing rumbles about 15-20% increases in pricing for steel. Any insight?
I think we're going to see more movement on the prices of construction materials from the NAFTA deal. From my understanding, that's going to effect the wood supply.
