I have a client looking for a short-term (6 - 12 months) bridge loan on a portfolio of single family homes in Florida. He's coming due with Blackstone and wants a little more time to unload the portfolio. The current loan is roughly $20mm and it's about 60% LTV. Any ideas on potential lenders for this deal? I haven't done much on the single family side of the business. Thanks for any help.
