Buying Rental Properties in other states
I've been intending to move away from investing in equity and start buying rental properties in other states. I just want to do simple all cash purchases and get the income from the property I own along with my other investment. Is it possible to hire a property manager to take manage the rentals while I live in another state given that I would probably buy many more properties down the line?
