Are you asking if PE/ Development shops have in house brokers for properties/ portfolios? If so then not to my knowledge. Some will have capital markets that raise money.
However a lot of the institutional guys will go with the bigger capital markets teams at big shops such as Eastdil Secured, CBRE, Cushman, HFF/JLL depending on market.
For example Eastdil sells a ton of Blackstone deals.
Trammell Crow used to have a top notch leasing department back in the day, but that part of the business was sold off to CBRE in the merger.
