Calculating Weighted Avg Lease Term: Weigh by Size or Rent?
Hi, I did some basic research and couldn't find a consensus. Do you usually calculate weighted average lease terms by weighing each lease by size (SF) or rent ($)? It's my first time doing a rollover analysis so I'm not familiar.
