Calling on Anyone in Development -upcoming interview with the CEO

Have a second round interview with the Ceo of a BTR / Multi development shop. The role is in acquisition working directly with the ceo and the shop is super lean, so would be "wearing many hats".  I'm coming from a large brokerage on the debt/ equity capital markets side and a bit worried about the technical aspects of the interview and the role in general. Can anyone in a similar position provide some resources I should read up on / study or some advice on what to expect? Much appreciated

Development is constantly figuring out how to solve the flavor of the day shitshow that hits your project on any given Monday. You're also responsible for hounding everyone all the time - you assume if you don't push the task to completion it wont get done. Pitch your ability to solve problems and push things forward. Come up with examples that showcase that. This is the most important IMO.
