My shop uses a 15-20 slide PowerPoint when presenting a deal to IC and it needs a major refresh. The deck is shared both internally to investment committee and externally to investors. It encompasses deal over view, projected returns, deal sourcing, sale and rent comps, market and sub market overview etc. Anyone willing to share a good template or example they’ve seen?
