He everyone. I'm an analyst in real estate syndications and need help developing a screen. I've been on the phone with CapIQ with zero luck.
My goal is to find comparable loans issued for real estate properties. Hoping to tune it so I can search for RE loans within a geographical market, total loan amount, LIBOR rate, DY etc.
I have had zero luck and I am even using the LCD plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
