Capital markets analyst 6 months in, when should i ask for a bonus (% of fees)

I work in capital markets at a major shop in a high transaction volume market. My base right now is 70k and im working consistent 70 hour weeks. Is it to early to ask for 1-2% of the fees.
We bring in about $3m in fees so that would bump me $30k-$60k.

So two questions
1. When should i ask for a bump
2. How much % should i aim for when asking?

Im thinking maybe waiting untill im officially 1 year in but curious your thoughts!

I read my contracts and I only get the 75K. That’s why I’m on here asking. When should I inquire about a bonus or percentage of fees? The reason I brought a percentage of fees that’s how the other guys make money on my team.

He’s working 70 hour weeks probably cranking OMs and underwriting (important part of deal process - albeit not as important as actually bringing in the client), getting paid $75K. How could he not justify 1% of fees?
