Capital Markets Financial Analyst Test

Hi All,

I was in the Wealth Management industry for 2 years, had my series 7 & 66 and realized it wasn't for me. I moved into Commercial Real Estate, hoping to break into capital markets, but with no luck and found a spot as a consultant at a major CRE firm in a major US City.

After being in my current role for some time, I am looking now to transition into a capital markets position. I was given a basic analyst test and was looking for some help, and or, maybe it will help those interviewing prepare for things like it as well.

If anyone is able to do this with confidence/post an answer key somehow that would be awesome (I'm new here so not sure the capabilities).
