Capital Markets Roles - Comp Expectations?
Curious as to how a "Head of" Capital Markets role at an owner/operator would be comped. The firm has averaged ~ $600-800MM of acquisition volume the ten years (consistently each year with the lowest year being $500MM.
Would/should comp structure be similar/better/worse than a similar tenured acquisition role (i.e. 20+ years experience, C-level or quasi C-level)?
