capital raising in real estate
I currently raise capital for an investment company not real estate related and looking to get into real estate. I’d like to make the move by raising capital for a RE firm but without having CRE experience not sure that’s an options. what’s the best path forward to land a job in real estate? I should mention I’d eventually like to end up in acquisitions and I’m currently highly comped but realize that may change making a move into real estates. any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
