Career options
So, I am at the point where I’ve done Valuation internally at a larger investment manager and would like the opportunity to get active in the actual day to day management of the deal(originations, asset management ,and acquisition roles) I am presented with the opportunity of choosing between REO and asset management analyst for affordable housing. Given these choices what path might be the most interesting and/or promising?
