1) What should I do to beef up my resume besides another internship in fall/spring? - Network. That GPA won't get you into anything unless you network.

2) Whats the entry level compensation like in PE/development as an analyst? Senior comp? - Probably like 50-70k, depending on the market and job.

3) What kind of internships should I shoot for if I choose either? - Sounds like you've already got some internships finished/ lined up. If you want to be on the Dev/ Ownership side, try and get an internship there.

4) Would furthering my education with a MSRE or MSRED be worth the $$/time? - Yes and no. Don't expect it to take you from 50k a year to 150k a year. But it can give you an edge if needed.

5) Pros/cons of brokerage? - Shits stressful
